"Read to me" — the most intimate mode of Chitacle. You choose your role: listen or read. The partner — of the opposite sex, opposite role. This is the monoplay format — one voice for one listener.
How "Read to me" works
In the Dressing Room you create a request and choose the role — "Listen" or "Read." Chitacle looks for a partner of the opposite role and opposite sex: if you want to listen to a woman — a woman performer will be found; if you want to read to a man — a male listener will be found.
Chitacle picks a monoplay from the repertoire (200+ original monologues) — male or female, depending on the performer's sex.
Who sees the text
Only the performer sees the monoplay's text — the listener sees the video and hears the voice. That's what creates the intimacy of the format: one voice sounds for one listener, without the ability to "peek" at the text.
