The Administration of the web service Theatre for Two "Chitacle" (hereinafter
— the Service) respects your privacy and undertakes to process personal data
of Users in good faith in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. Registration
of Users under 18 is not permitted. Upon registration, the User confirms
being of legal age.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

To render services, the Service collects the following minimum required set
of data:

• Email address — the primary identifier of the account; used for login,
  notifications, and communication.
• Date of birth — to confirm the User is of legal age.
• Name or pseudonym — provided by the User at their own discretion, may be
  fictitious.
• Gender — selected by the User when filling in the profile.
• Partner-matching preferences — partner's gender, age range, desired date
  and time of meeting.
• History of requests and meetings — for the provision of partner-matching
  services.

Linking a Telegram or MAX account to the User's account is performed at the
User's discretion via scanning a QR code. This linking is used only for
sending notifications and is not mandatory.

WHAT WE DO NOT REQUEST OR STORE

• Phone number;
• Passport or other identification documents;
• Place of residence;
• IP address, browser type, operating system version, interface language and
  other similar technical device identifiers;
• Payment details (payment processing is performed by payment systems; their
  activities are governed by the relevant policies).

USE OF CAMERA AND MICROPHONE

To conduct a video meeting, the Service requests the User's browser
permission to use the camera and microphone of the User's device. Without
granting such permission, video communication is impossible.

Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between the two participants
of the session using WebRTC technology (peer-to-peer). If a direct connection
is impossible, the Service Administration's own relay server (TURN) is used.

VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING IS NOT PERFORMED

**The Service does not record or store audio-video streams of meetings in any
form.** No part of the video or audio of a session is preserved either on the
Administration's server or on any third-party server. After the end of a
meeting, restoring its content is technically impossible.

TECHNICAL BROWSER STORAGE

The following is used for the operation of the Service:
• Cookies — for technical authorisation purposes.
• Browser localStorage — for storing the interface language, authorisation
  token, and the state of the current session.

DATA STORAGE AND DELETION

User data is stored on a secure server located in the territory of the
Russian Federation.

Data retention period: until the moment the User deletes their account.

The User may at any time independently delete their account in their personal
account: Dressing Room → Activity → "Delete account". Deletion occurs
instantly and does not require addressing the Administration.

Upon deletion of the account, the following are irrevocably erased:
• profile and meeting history;
• current and scheduled requests;
• mailing list opt-ins;
• active subscription.

Restoration of the account after deletion is not possible.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, use, or disclose any data of our Users to third parties for
advertising or marketing purposes.

Data may be transferred to third parties only:
• when this is necessary for the provision of Services (for example, transfer
  of partner identifier to another User for a meeting);
• when required by the law of the Russian Federation.

SECURITY

The Service Administration takes reasonable technical and organisational
measures to protect User data from unauthorised access, modification,
disclosure, or destruction. Communication channels are protected by HTTPS
encryption.

In the event of a security incident that may affect User data, the
Administration notifies the affected Users and acts in accordance with
applicable law.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We notify of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on the website
https://play-read.online/privacy. Continued use of the Service after the
publication of changes constitutes the User's consent to the updated Policy.
