Meeting Primer (Азбука-знакомство) — the name of a new genre coined by Chitacle. Not "how to meet," but how the meeting itself is arranged: its form, rhythm, first words. And that form is a play.
Where the Meeting Primer came from
In ordinary life we meet people however we can — through work, through friends, through chance. In dating apps we meet by rules: feed, swipe, photo, texting. Both share one minus — there's no ready-made form for the first ten minutes.
Chitacle offered such a form. It's a play by roles — a simple, understandable, time-tested genre of first contact between two strangers. And this genre got a name: the Meeting Primer.
Why "Primer"
A primer is what literacy begins with. First letters, then syllables, then words. The Meeting Primer is arranged the same way: first the author's ready-made lines, then a conversation about the play, then — your own words. A gradual, natural path from someone else's text to your own speech.
Nobody asks a first-grader to write an essay right away. Why do we demand from an adult on the first date to "be interesting" from the first second? The Meeting Primer removes that demand.
What the Meeting Primer consists of
- A — Anonymity. Nobody judges anyone by photos and profiles.
- B — Beginning. The meeting starts theatrically — the curtain parts.
- C — Closeness. Reading with your voice is already closeness.
- D — Discovery. Through the text you see how a person thinks.
- E — Ease. No pressure, no "sell yourself."
- F — First words are the author's. The first words are already written — not by you.
